I’m not expecting you to know what colors, fonts or website theme you want, but I need you to have a solid idea of what your business is all about, and what your goals are.
If you don’t have any goals, I can’t help you achieve them.
You Know Who You're Speaking To
I’m not To build an online coaching business, you need clients.
To get clients, you need an audience. Before I can work my magic, you need to know who you’re speaking to, what’ you’re saying and where you need to say it.
You Have Time
I like my projects to run on a strict schedule, and so any project I’m involved with comes with a schedule too. I’ll be 100% devoted to achieving our goals on time, and I expect you to have the same attitude. I have other projects going at the same time and thus schedule my work accordingly with each and every project.
There will be information, graphics, photos and text that I will need from you on a timely basis so I can proceed with my work. Be prepared to work to deadlines.
You Have Trust
I’m an accomplished and capable professional. When I take on a client, I go all in.
However, I don’t have room for doubt or second guessing. I always set up time to check in on my progress but won’t work in a micro managed environment. I won’t be able to produce my best work. I work with clients who are decisive and trust me to do my work. This is so improtant for a wonderful collaborative relationnship. It’s a win win situation.
You Have A Budget
I’m a perfectionist and I don’t cut corners, I believe in giving you my very best. In fact, I can’t help but give you my very best. It’s just how I am. That’s a huge investment of time and energy on my part, and so you will need to make an investment of your own.
We’re not talking remortgaging the house, but you need to be prepared to make an investment to get the results you want.
Remember, you get what you pay for! I can’t tell you how many beautiful sites I come across but they have contact forms and payment systems that don’t work, broken links, load slowly and are just downright clumsy to navigate. I will make sure everything runs seamlessly.
You Have Support
I need to know that the most important people in your life are behind you on this. Building a business is hard enough, without the people who should be supporting you making things even harder. If you feel like you’re drowning, then this isn’t your time. Wait for a time when you can focus and really be decisive about what you want.
