As a tour guide agency for the ancient and sacred city of Varanasi in India which is a popular destination for International travelers, it was important that this site was accessible for all visitors to the website. Information and details must be clear for all tours provided by the tour guide as reservations are typically made from all over the world.

This site needs to reflect its specialty tours and friendly service that sets them apart from other tour agencies and to entice visitors to book tours.

Language translation, reservation and payments systems that are easy to use were also critical in building the site since customers were paying in multiple currencies and looking at the site from different countries using different languages.

I also created the copy for the website with the intention to introduce new visitors to the rich history of the area and educate them about popular festivals and destinations that were “must sees” upon their visit to Varanasi.
